Refund Policy

SECTION 1 - REFUNDS

Received a defective item or your order got damaged in transit? No worries! We will send you a new one free of charge as long as you contact us at hello@diligis.com within 2 days of your receipt of the product.
Just not happy with your purchase? You can return it for 100% money back within 30 days of purchase. Simply follow the return instructions below.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

SECTION 2 - SALE POLICY

To cancel your order, we must hear from you in 24 hours since placing that order. Otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. Contact us at hello@diligis.com within 24 hours.

SECTION 3 - DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order is damaged, contact us to request a refund. Please include your order number and photos of damaged items.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SECTION 4 - MISSING / LATE ORDERS

Majority of orders will deliver 7-21 business days after they are processed and shipped. Sometimes orders may experience shipping delays due to factors out of our control.
If it has been longer than 4 business weeks, please contact us and we will help locate your order and determine whether a refund can be appliedIf your delivered order is incomplete, it may have been shipped in two separate packages, please contact us to confirm.

SECTION 5 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
