When will you ship my items?

Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. it can still take 1-3 days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

When will my order arrive?

Majority of all orders arrive between 7 to 21 business days, but some items may take longer due to high supply and demand.
If it has been longer than 4 business weeks, please contact us, but rest assured, your order is on the way and will reach you as soon as possible.

Orders and Returns

What if the item I received is defective?

Please contact us within 2 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel your order, we must hear from you in 24 hours since placing that order. Otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to buy. But if we recommend you create a quanta so you can enjoy our promotions and discounts.
